Hospitality Management / Culinary Arts


Hospitality Management / Culinary Arts includes the study of management, marketing and operations in lodging, visitor attractions, recreation, special events, meetings, conferences, travel-related services, restaurants, and other food services.

Hospitality Management is a supplemental class to Culinary Arts. In the Hospitality Management program of study, students learn the service aspect of hospitality, focusing on front of the house, back of the house, and managed services.

Articulated College Credit:  Articulated college credit is available at no charge to students through UAPTC, University of Arkansas Pulaski Technical College.

Certifications offered:  ServSafe Food Handler, ServSafe Food Manager and SP/2 Culinary Safety Certification.
