"In spite of a global pandemic, our students continued to excel on the competition floor once again this year," NEACTC Director Eddie Crain noted.  "I could not be more proud of our staff and students for not only persevering but for rising to the top.  What a challenging but gratifying year indeed."

Students capturing state championships and the gold medal were Molly Stahl (Welding Sculpture), Seygi Escobar (Electrical Construction Wiring), Brayan Flores (Automotive Refinishing), Charlie Orr (CNC Milling), Wade Summers (HVACR) and Logan Laws (Collision Repair).

State runnersup earning silver medals included Logan Ottoson (Collision Repair), Luis Lopez (Pipe Welding), Samuel Clark and Regan Smith (Robotics & Automation Technology), Kaleb Smallman (HVACR), Destre Washington (Culinary Arts), Austin Bennett (Automotive Refinishing), Dyland Goad (Technical Math) and Collin Washington (Commercial Baking).

State Bronze medalists finishing third in state competition included Maximus Dominas (Automotive Parts Specialist), Kristin Stage (Commercial Baking) and the three-student tam of Jacob Cline, Layne Phillips and David Tarlton (Welding Fabrication).

Congratulations to all winners AND to Brandon Graft, Nathaniel Conway, Noble Taylor, Grayson Garrett and Ivan Despain for also competing.  We are very proud of each of your efforts and for your dedication to the attainment of skills in your chosen fields.
